Keiryo Packaging is a technology-driven company dedicated to transforming the polymer processing industry. Our core mission is to reduce the environmental footprint and the manufacturing cost of plastic packaging. Keiryo Packaging is launching a dedicated business line to disrupt the global polymer mixing market. We are looking for an intrapreneurial Business Lead to build, validate, and scale this high-impact innovation.

The Opportunity: creating a new dominant standard in polymer mixing for injection moulding applications

Improved polymer mixing leads to higher-quality products produced more cost-effectively. However, the current market for mixing solutions in injection moulding applications is valued at only €50 million, which is a tiny fraction of the €23 billion spent annually on polymer additives in injection moulding applications. In our assessment, this under-representation is primarily due to the poor reputation and limited performance of legacy mixing solutions used in injection moulding.

The opportunity for Keiryo is to become a dominant facilitator within the global injection molding industry, leveraging its patent-pending mixing technology. Keiryo’s technology represents a superior alternative, offering the high-performance results required to unlock a "Blue Ocean" opportunity across the global polymer industry.

🎯 Your Mission: Build and Scale
As the Business Lead, you are the architect of this new business line. Your objective is to transform this industrially validated technology into a solid revenue contributor within 3 to 5 years.

Your Two-Phase Growth Plan:
‍1. Establish & Validate: Design the GTM strategy, define the value proposition, and convert anchoring clients to reach Product-Market Fit.
2. Scale & Growth: Optimize unit economics, manage the full sales pipeline, and build a multidisciplinary team to drive high-margin growth.

👤 Are You the Right Fit?We need a leader who is "ambidextrous"—equally comfortable in the "zero-to-one" startup phase and the structured scaling phase.
● Experience: Proven track record in hard-tech B2B sales or business development.
● Education: Ideally a Master’s in Engineering or Business with a results-oriented mindset.
● Financial Mastery: Direct experience managing revenue and margins with an obsession for unit economics.
● Networking: Ability to engage global polymer and additive organizations at a high level.
● Location: Hybrid (Onsite in Luxembourg + Remote).
